It’s officially the end of 2025, and whether this year felt like a marathon or a blur — it’s almost over. And like it or not, we have to move on. Let's do An End of Year Reflection on the podcast.

In this final episode of the year, I want to hold space for reflection — not in an overwhelming, “go journal for three hours” kind of way — but a quiet, honest pause to ask:

What did this year teach me, and how am I moving forward?

This episode is for the introspective soul. The one who wants to end well, not just sprint into a new year without intention. Whether 2025 was filled with incredible wins or unexpected losses it matters how you close it.
